Wow, it was so many! Coach Gamble is at the top of the list! Somehow, he didnt teach, he just put in a movie or worked on B-Ball plays, yet you felt as if you learned something! Mr. Anglin was another! YEs, he did seem a lil weird, like walking around the parking lot at 7:30AM, with a class in his classroom! The man was smart, he wanted to teach, but most kids didn't want to, so he didnt teach! LOl. He actually is a shuttle driver for courtyard marriot, and when I was in Freshman Algebra at TSU, he tutored me, and helped me get an "B". Last but not least- Derrick Williams! For some strange reason, you could not call him Mr. Williams, everybody called him, (even to his face, inwhich he would go off on you) Derrick Williams! I thank him now, hated him then, for making us write that damn term paper like we were in college. I had to do mine on a typewriter, I didnt have a computer! Now working on my 2nd degree, research papers come easy!

I have to name two teachers. Mrs. Hodge and Coach Gamble. Mrs. Hodge really loved her job and most of us children anyway. I am very appreciative of the fact that she was always there when I needed her. Her sponsorship and leadership of the Beta Club will never be forgotten. Coach Gamble was cool as hell. I enjoyed every minute of his class. He even let me help grade papers on occasion. I will truly miss him.

For me it would have to be Dr. Harris hands down! I still to this day sometimes mimic his old hand gestures. Me and Chuck Strech still laugh at "class what he is trying to say is that he doesn't know what the answer is." I loved the way he would always try to burn on you in front of class. Hard, but a cool teacher.

Definitley my most influential teacher was Stanley Stewart. He took a chance making me head majorette as a sophomore when nobody thought he should. He saw something in me that I didnt know was there! For that he is and was the bomb! I also like my crazy AP English teacher that everybody else hated but I cant remember her name to save my life. Crazy enough I only remember that she lived on Cherry Street and her daughter loved Poison the rock group! Does anyone remember her name? LOL!!!

I love, and will truely miss Coach Gamble. He was the truth. Mrs. Wheather the computer science teacher, influenced me to stop being an a-hole to my other teachers. And Mr. Pope was a character I'll never forget! He gave me my first and only paddlen in the ninth grade. He hopped a lil' every time he swung to get momentum. I had to make myself not laugh!
