About Me:
If you knew me and/or remember me...nothing much has changed.

The people I encountered during my tenure at Maplewood, left a lasting impression. Looking back, it's hard to believe how much time has passed, but nonetheless, I was blessed to have the Maplewood experience--if only for two years. :)

I left Maplewood to join The Nashville School of the Arts, where I graduated and began my collegiate career at Hampton University. Sophomore year I transferred to the University of TN, where I graduated in May 2003 and moved to the DC area. Currently, I am working full-time and also pursuing a Master's in Communications from Georgetown University.

The journey up to this point hasn't always been easy, but I've had God's favor and the support of family and friends, which has made it all worth while.

girl i'm still in shock also. i had just seen him at the store 2 days before and we laughed talking about his new baby and all. it's just still like are you forreal.

we plan on coming to DC spring break. me and the kids take trips. and my best friends and family want to go to DC this time. so we planning on coming there..

i didn't know u have been there that long.. i knew about the school and all, but i didn't know u had made DC home.. u know. i want to move out of state but my mama told me i can't take the grandkids more than 2hrs away.. and i came right back and asked, why don't u keep them here with you then?? hahahaaaaaaaa

hey cuz. long time no see or talk to you. haven't seen you since Firi funeral. i haven't seen taiwana since her boys and my daughter both were at Uncle Curtis daycare(as he soo called it-hahahaaa). me and Kim were talking about you the other day, because we were looking thru old photos at her house and saw one of you and my brother JR in the kitchen xmas eve over aunt Tina's. girl those were the days..
