- First, let me send a shout out to my fellow 20 Year Reunion Committee Members. Great Job on one hell of a weekend in spite of!!!! A Great Big shout out to our Committee Chair Linika Adams who did a masterful job coordinating and executing the planning of our 20 Year Reunion while living out of town. Great Job Nik! A big thanks to all 88 classmates and other classes(87 & 89) who participated. It was great seeing you all. Please load all of your pics on the site, so I can steal them and save them to my hard drive. LOL
I graduated from The Wood in 1988. I attended Austin Peay State University from 1988 to 1992. I pledged Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc in Spring 89. I transferred from Austin Peay State University to T.S.U. in Spring 92. I graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry in Spring 95 and moved to Memphis. My greatest accomplishment at T.S.U. was passing Dr. Miles Genetics Class on the first try. That Maize and Drosophila final exam was a beast. I am sure you fellow science nerds feel me.
I finished my Doctor of Pharmacy Degree at UT Memphis in 2000. I moved back to Nashville in 2001 and took a job with Access Med Plus as Director of Pharmacy until we were shut down. I went back to Walgreens in 2002 where I am currently an overnight pharmacist at the store on Clarksville Highway by the main campus. Do not call me at work, I will probably be asleep.
I got married in August 2002. In 2004, I had a beautiful daughter who is my twin named Shawna. I have been happily divorced since February 2008.
I have just accepted a position as Chief Science Officer for Great Health Pharmaceutical Company. In May/June 2008, I will be relocating to Johannesburg, South Africa to monitor phase I and II clinical trials, obtain registration with the Medicines Control Council, and oversee manufacturing for a revolutionary treatment for HIV/AIDS called Tubercin.
